graduate

yep, that's what a graduate landscape architect looks like...
bloody hell, i'm a bit bloody proud of myself now!
celebrated my first morning of freedom by reading in bed until noon.

presented "stustainina" to the panel for my portfolio yesterday was my last act as a student at rmit. very looking forward to life outside this particular institution.
and this is a shot of the last presentation for structures and materials, monday night.

thankyou friends!
your support has helped me through. i really have appreciated all your words and thoughts. i look so forward to the return to paradise, and seein youse soon!
plan to leave melbourne next wed; will try to stretch out the drive, as there's a lot of rocks i want to look at on the way.

i've done a bit of other study,AOD, community + youth, permaculture design, and an apprenticeship in disempowerment. it's a second degree - fine arts at curtin to start, did my first year at the albany annexe - which is what brought me over from esperance in the first place. originally i was going to do landscape as a post grad, but so glad i didn't - despite moments of abject despair, this degree has been worth it. i feel so privileged and grateful to have been able to have such a radical education...now just have to prove its worth with action!

god it's such a relief!!
